Yan JIANG joined Netease Game in 2013 with a master's degree in sociology from Peking University. She has led the user researcher work of many launched games such as Fantasy Westward Journey PC & Mobile, TIANXIA 3, Minecraft as well as some unannounced titles. She now serves as a senior manager overseeing a user research team of 30 people in Guangzhou, China.
