Leyla Johnson, CEO & Creative Director, Mohawk Games
Leyla Johnson is the CEO and Creative Director of Mohawk Games, an independent video game company that focuses on innovative strategy games. Her most recent game is Old World, a turn-based strategy game set in Ancient Antiquity, and her previous title was the economic RTS Offworld Trading Company. She is an Ambassador for Women in Games and serves on the Board of Directors at Hooded Horse. Leyla used to work for the U.S. Department of State and, before that, she hosted two radio shows broadcasting to multiple countries in the Middle East.
