Shams Jorjani, CEO, Arrowhead Game Studios

Shams Jorjani is the CEO of Arrowhead Game Studios, a role he has held since 2024. Previously, he was Chief Business Development Officer at Paradox Interactive, where he worked from 2009 to 2021. Shams is also an investor and advisor to several industry companies, including Hooded Horse. He holds degrees from the University of Stockholm and the Royal Institute of Technology.
