Lisy Kane, Production Director, CULT Games

Lisy Kane is an experienced videogame producer, creative leader, and co-founder of Girl Geek Academy. She is currently the Production Director of CULT Games, an advisor for WINGS Fund, and a board member of the IGDA Foundation.

Before this, Lisy Kane was the lead producer at Kepler Interactive and advisor at Kowloon Nights shipping titles like Scorn, Tchia, Pacific Drive, Flintlock, and more. In 2014, Lisy joined League of Geeks (LoG), a Melbourne-based independent games studio, where she worked across titles like Armello, Jumplight Odyssey, and Solium Infernum. Her final role at LoG was as Production Director. During her time there, she was the recipient of the 2016 VicScreen Women in Games Fellowship and the 2017 Tim Richards Award.

Also in 2014, Lisy co-founded Girl Geek Academy, a social good startup focused on advocating and driving gender equality within the STEM sector. For this work, Lisy was recognised by Forbes in its prestigious Top 30 list: Forbes 30 Under 30 2017: Games.
