Fatima Kardar is Corporate Vice President of Gaming AI at Xbox where she leads AI platform and experiences for players and game creators. Before this she spent 7 years leading Microsoft’s Office of CTO, driving technology strategy and its execution across the company. Fatima joined Microsoft over 24 years ago where she has worked on various products at the company including Windows, Windows Phone, Bing, Copilot, Developer Platforms, AI, and has led teams across Product & Engineering, Strategy, Innovation Programs, and more.
