Dr. Jenn is recognized for her work in the field of people strategy, with over 12 years of experience in mentoring emerging talent and organizing career development panels. She serves as the managing director of TVETM Institute, where she manages scholarships and mentorship cohorts aimed at preparing developers for the next stage in their career. She is also working on an unreleased title best known as "The Hotdog Game."
