Kees started to explore Realtime VFX in his free time during college in 2016. During this time, he was following a Game Art degree where he focused more on 2D Animation/VFX.
Eventually Kees slowly got introduced to the wonderful world of Realtime VFX. And over the last few years he started to craft and develop all kinds of VFX for personal and/or professional projects.
In the last few years, Kees got to work on games such as Lethal League Blaze, Blightbound and Temtem that are pretty diverse regarding their styles. Currently he's also mentoring at VFX Apprentice and helping out beginning VFX students breaking through in the industry by doing overpaints and feedback sessions.
