Joining Genvid Entertainment as Director of Production in 2021, Shiaw-Ling brings over 15 years of experience in software production and management to the company, having played an instrumental role in helping to develop and produce more than 30 game titles for multiple platforms across her career, including several titles from mega franchises, The Walking Dead and Magic: the Gathering. Shiaw-Ling leverages a proven framework of best practices for scalability and iteration, overseeing key projects for the company’s innovative MILEs (Massively Interactive Live Events) line-up with special expertise incorporating active player communities into products. Previously, she was senior producer for the Digital Publishing group of Wizards of the Coast, working on diverse titles from Magic: Manastrike and Magic: Legends to Dungeons & Dragon’s Idle Champions. Her career also includes senior producing positions at TellTale Games, where she worked on The Walking Dead, Season 3 and helped build premium user features such as the Season 3 story generator. Shiaw-Ling is a passionate diversity advocate and has contributed to multiple employee resource groups across the games industry as well as annual fundraising campaigns for Lambert House, a non-profit that improves health outcomes for LGBTQ+ youth.
