Steven Lee, Partner, Foundation Law Group, LLP
Steve is a Partner at Foundation Law Group, LLP. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions, and venture capital. He started his career at Wilson Sonsini in Palo Alto, worked as a founder at multiple start-ups, and was in-house counsel to Silicon Valley-based incubator/merchant bank which launched over 10 publicly traded companies. Steve has 25 years of experience in helping founders and startups and has successfully closed billions of dollars of capital for his clients. Steve received his BA from the University of Washington and his JD from Stanford Law School.
