Starting out as a 3D generalist in Germany, Magnus moved to the States to work at Microsoft and later Sony Imageworks (animating on "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs"). He took a chance on a small start up called Riot Games about 10 years ago to animate on League of Legends. Prior to his current role as Art Director on one of the R&D teams, Magnus was AD of the personalization initiative which creates all skins and maps/new modes for LoL with 65+ artists on the team. Magnus daily balances being a passionate game developer, family man, as well as playing anything from mobile games to 100 hour MMOFPSs on pretty much any console, PC, or device that has a screen imaginable. In his 15+ years he has worked for clients like Disney, Sony, Mercedes, Nickelodeon, Microsoft, and Riot Games.
