Jon Loiterman, Of Counsel, Foundation Law Group LLP
Jon is Of Counsel at Foundation Law Group, LLP where he focuses his practice on representing game developers, publishers, and investors in startup, corporate, intellectual property, funding, and licensing matters. He is a former grantee of the IGDA Foundation’s Virtual Exchange Velocity program where he currently serves as a fundraising coordinator. He is also a former startup founder and solo game developer. Jon received his JD/MBA from Loyola University Chicago and his B.S. from University of Wisconsin — Madison. He started his career at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton, LLP.
