Sydnee McLeod, Senior Community Manager, Norsfell
Sydnee is the Senior Community Manager at Norsfell. She most notably grew Tribes of Midgard - the co-op ARPG survival smash hit - from its alpha beginnings to now over 4.5 million players worldwide. Her day to day includes managing a 50k+ member Discord server, as well as a 15k+ fan loyalty program. Sydnee’s focus is on elevating player feedback and fostering tight-knit, dedicated communities. She believes that developer-community collaboration is the key to healthy and sustainable game-making. She regularly shares marketing and comms knowledge, speaking at numerous industry events including at McGill university, MIGS, Pixelles, and Work With Indies. In addition to her love for games, she has grown her personal Instagram - ranging from photography to lifestyle content - to 100k+ followers. You can often find her catching up on a book or tending to her many plants!
