Rich Musser is the Platform Director at Netflix's Boss Fight game studio, leading the group's back-end technology teams. Rich has been developing technology for over 25 years and prior to joining Netflix, he founded a digital design agency serving both enterprise customers as well as startups. Rich currently resides in Austin, Texas.
