Tera Nguyen, Director of Product, Wooster Games/Spatial

Tera Nguyen drove product and viral strategy for Animal Company VR - top 5 Earning game on Meta Quest in just 8 months with zero marketing spend. By engaging the community in the game development and content creation process, she helped make the game not only fun to play in VR but also viral on social media, reaching 1M+ monthly active users and 250M+ organic views on TikTok and YouTube.  Previously, Tera managed feature releases at Spatial.io, supporting immersive training and social games across web, mobile, VR, and AR. She also ran the production of 20+ games to help identify the company's hit title and drive profitability. Before coming to Spatial, Tera was a former Lead Producer at Schell Games.
