From the genre-defining franchises of Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Bioshock, Sunset Overdrive, and Crackdown, to the sports superstars Madden NFL and NASCAR, Don has redefined creative boundaries across platforms and player experience for over 17 years.
Don carries a burning torch for gameplay mechanics and A.I. - a result of his early roles on games at EA Tiburon, LucasArts, and Irrational Games - and later found his skills in portfolio and organizational leadership in global-publishing at Xbox and interactive engineering at HBO.
Don is currently CTO of NEON, which he co-founded with a team from HBO's interactive group. He also serves as Studio Head for Shrapnel - a new game and a growing studio in Seattle, WA.
