Sessions do fill up and seating is first come, first serve, so arrive early to sessions that you would like to attend.
Venessa Nyarko is a Senior Producer at The Coalition who brings together cinematics, gameplay and story to create immersive, cohesive experiences for players. With leadership roles in initiatives Women in Games and Black Kids Code (Girls) and working with schools to speak on the opportunity for young girls in gaming, Venessa has been on panels with Women in Games International, Tech Talent North, Femme Gaming, the cast of Mythic Quest, and most recently spoke at GDC about building better ways to put people first in production. Venessa's long-term goal is to improve methods and opportunities to better impact storytelling in games, as well as to increase the understanding of authentic representation in the industry both on and off the screen.
