Jonas grew up in Germany, where he completed his Bachelor's Degree in Game Design. During this time, he worked on a few smaller projects, game jams, as well as the unreleased shooter Maze Slaughter. His work was showcased at developer conferences like German Dev Days in Frankfurt (2017) and Quo Vadis in Berlin (2019). He also got the chance to work on the dieselpunk RTS Iron Harvest, during an internship at KING Art Games. After concluding his studies, he moved to the Netherlands to complete a Master's Degree in Game Technology at Breda University of Applied Sciences. There, his team made 2nd place at Youth for Public Transport (Y4PT) hackathon. Alongside the finalists, he was invited to participate in the hackathon-finale in Dubai, which has been indefinitely postponed due to COVID. Jonas graduated Cum Laude from Breda University and was able to present his findings about social psychology and NPCs in a talk at Devcom 2020. Following this, he found a permanent position at Gaming Minds Studios as a Junior Game and -Narrative Designer, where he worked on the then newly released Port Royale 4 and is currently creating designs for an unannounced title.
