Liko-Paul Pinsonnault is a Technical Director at Wargaming Sydney where he focuses on game technologies and development across multiple studios. Eager to understand the universe in a practical manner, Liko completed a physics engineering degree early into the new century. He then stumbled upon the games industry and joined the fun as a simulation programmer for Behaviour Interactive and later Ubisoft Montreal’s. There, he was quickly confronted into building games across many locations and cultures. From Montreal to Singapour, Kiev, Pune to name a few, he dealt with co-development to ship titles like Ghost Recon Future Soldiers, Assassin’s Creed Unity and Rainbow Six Siege. At Wargaming, from Australia, he collaborates with studios in Minsk, Chicago and St-Petersburg to deliver on live games such as World of Tanks and World of Warship.
