Andrew Poling is senior counsel in the Boston office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the technology transactions practice. He specializes in strategic commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions for technology companies, and advising clients on open source issues. Prior to law school, Andrew was a software developer and database architect developing e-learning websites, programs, and games for training pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sales teams. Andrew is an avid gamer. He especially enjoys open world and kart racing games.
