Ella Qiang is VP of Ecosystem & Partnerships at Cronos Labs. Cronos is a public Layer 1 blockchain that interoperates with both Ethereum and Cosmos ecosystems. It is backed by Crypto.org, Crypto.com and more than 400 Dapp developers, and ecosystem partners. Ella is a veteran in the web3 industry since 2016. She was Director of Partnerships at Stellar Development Foundation, followed by various roles in investment, advisory and DeFi. Ella has a background in banking and corporate finance, and holds an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
