Kevin Regamey is Creative Director at Power Up Audio Inc. in Vancouver, Canada, a multi-award winning studio specializing in sound for video games. Active in the industry since 2009, he has played a contributing role in hundreds of game projects, chiefly in audio direction and sound design but also in music composition and editing, as well as voiceover casting, direction, editing, and performance. Kevin and his colleagues at Power Up have received a multitude of IGF award nominations for Best Audio, including "Crypt of the NecroDancer" and "Darkest Dungeon", as well as GDCA Best Audio wins for "Crypt of the NecroDancer" and "Celeste." Kevin also designed and created the IGF-nominated "Phonopath", a one-of-a-kind audio puzzler which has received wide acclaim in the game audio community. Kevin is a devoted advocate for mentorship and education. He prepared and released Celeste's entire FMOD project to the public as a learning resource for up-and-comers in game audio - to date, downloaded over 25,000 times. He also hosts "Reel Talk," Power Up Audio's sound design demo review livestream, which has helped well over 150 individuals secure employment in the video game industry.
