Adam RitchieSenior Voice DesignerMassive Entertainment - A Ubisoft Studio

An experienced Game Audio professional, Adam Ritchie has been working in the industry since 2008. After getting his start as a contract sound designer at Midway Studios Newcastle, Adam spent 5 years at Jagex Games Ltd. in Cambridge, UK, where he was responsible for music composition, sound design and later overseeing voice production. There he worked on multiple titles (including the award-winning MMO Runsecape, the scifi MMO Stellar Dawn, and the MOBA Transformers Universe) composing music, designing sound, or supervising audio production and dialogue.

Adam joined Lionhead Studios as the Dialogue Supervisor in 2014, where he further experimented with contextual dialogue design and was deeply involved in casting and the studio recordings for Microsoft's Fable Legends. Lionhead sadly shuttered in 2016, after which Adam travelled and freelanced before taking a leap and moving to Sweden, where he is now based as Senior Voice Designer at Massive Entertainment, a Ubisoft Studio. Adam has since led dialogue production and guided tools development on several titles, including: Tom Clancy's The Division, Tom Clancy's The Division 2, and a further unreleased title, and has supervised Mocap dialogue production and editorial on Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora.
Adam dedicates his free time to public speaking at educational and industry events, as well as mentoring and advising entrants to the field. He is passionate about representation in both his work and the wider industry, and is active on LinkedIn.
