You will be able to build your schedule with the GDC Mobile App. The GDC 2024 app will be available for download in Apple Apps and Google Play late February 2024.Sessions do fill up and seating is first come, first serve, so arrive early to sessions that you would like to attend. Adding a session to your schedule does not guarantee you a seat.
Aviva Schecterson, Senior Combat Designer, Stoic Studio / Jewish Game Developers SIG
Aviva Schecterson, a Senior Combat Designer at Stoic Studio while living in the greater Seattle area, is a passionate advocate for the gaming community. Beyond her impactful role at Stoic Studio, Aviva dedicates her time to mentor aspiring game developers in various programs and serves as Chair of the IGDA Jewish Game Developers SIG. Her career encompasses roles at Amazon Game Studios as a game designer (Crucible, New World) and Lone Shark Games as a tabletop games developer and editor. A 2016 graduate of DigiPen Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Arts in Game Design, she gained valuable experience through internships at Paizo and Signal Studios. When not immersed in the gaming world, Aviva cherishes the company of her two cats, Asher and Pepita, indulges in baking, explores nature through hiking, and maintains a keen interest in fitness.
