During a span of 25 years at Intel, his work helped Intel build their first branded network systems in the late nineties; their first high density switching ASICs; some of their foundational IO technologies surrounding the CPU such as DDIO & IOAT and their industry leading IO virtualization technologies. More recently, Sean has focused on Cloud infrastructure platforms including Cloud Native networking initiatives, NFV, SDN, SmartNICs and Edge evolution platforms, working closely with the largest CSPs in the industry. During his tenure at both Intel and now Ampere, Sean has been a leading figure and spokesperson at many industry working groups and an advocate for open technologies and partner collaboration in many forums events and online via Social Media.
