Stephane Varrault, Design Director, Guerrilla Games
With over 19 years of games industry experience, Stephane joined Guerrilla as Design Director in 2023. He is responsible for overseeing all game design direction for LEGO Horizon Adventures, in close collaboration with the development team at Studio Gobo. His previous credits include Rainbow Six Siege, Far Cry, and more; ranging from AAA games to major open-world titles, as well as competitive and social online multiplayer experiences. Aside from design strategies, Stephane is passionate about psychology and inclusivity within the discipline, keeping those values at the heart of his approach and team management.
