Matthew Ventures, Career Coach, Ventures Ventures LLC

Matthew Ventures is a Latinx and queer game developer, author, and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). He’s worked across a variety of high-profile AAA games including Fortnite, Call of Duty: Warzone, and God of War: Ragnarök. His indie titles, like NoStranger, tackle social issues and have garnered global attention. Ventures is passionate about democratizing game education. His contributions include designing and instructing Stanford University’s first game development curriculum, mentoring aspiring developers through Code 2040 and IDGA, and authoring the book Get Into Game Dev: Tech Interview Tactics.
