Use the experience filter to view sessions and roundtables that will be available on the virtual GDC event platform. Virtual sessions will be available to watch on-demand through April 1st, 2022 at 5pm PT. All days/times are displayed in Pacific Time.

Use the Viewing Experience filter to see which sessions will be available on-site, on the virtual platform, or both:

  • In-Person: offered on-site, not available within the virtual platform. Check the session’s listing to see if it will be recorded for GDC Vault after the conference.
  • Virtual: offered in the virtual platform at its scheduled time.
  • In-Person/Virtual: offered onsite and the recording will be available to watch-on-demand within 36 hours of the session start time on the virtual platform until April 1st at 5pm PT
  • In-Person/Virtual Livestream: offered on-site and will be livestreamed to watch on the virtual platform at its scheduled time. The recording of the video will be available to watch-on-demand within 36 hours of the session start time on the virtual platform until April 1st at 5pm PT.

Michelle WoodsLead Game DesignerHaiku Games

Michelle has been happily designing games and writing stories for over 20 years for a wide variety of narrative adventures, puzzle and arcade games, and children's games. In her current position at Haiku, she designs games for their popular Adventure Escape Mysteries app, which combines adventure gameplay, unique puzzles, and engaging storylines. She's designed and written six murder mysteries, one archaeological adventure, and one fantastical journey.

Her career got started in 1999 at The Learning Company (Reader Rabbit CD-ROM’s, anyone??). Then she moved on to creating a gallery of interactive exhibits at The Tech Museum. By 2005, games reeled her back in at PlayFirst, where over the course of 6+ years, she led design on numerous titles that helped build the Diner Dash franchise into something that still lives on. She then did more cooking with Kitchen Scramble (Disney Interactive), and worked on a big exciting unpublished Disney project. Other titles include Tetris Burst and a competitive version of Two Dots (GSN Games).
