Marta Wozniak, HR Partner, CD PROJEKT RED

Marta Woźniak has been working in various HR areas for almost 15 years, from recruitment and compensation to development. Previously she worked in the financial industry, but she has now been working at CD PROJEKT RED since 2021 as an HR Partner for the Technology department. Over the years she has been involved in projects related to building comprehensive compensation policies, creating development programs for executives, and supporting teams in building career paths.
