Paul joined Toys for Bob in 2005 as a Character Animator to raise the bar for cinematic cartoon performance by integrating classic, hand-drawn, animation sensibilities and techniques into game development. His push for higher AAA quality expanded to the disciplines of storyboarding, technical direction, user interface, and prototyping (to name a few) which can be seen in titles like Madagascar, Tony Hawk Downhill Jam, the Skylanders series, and Spyro Reignited Trilogy.
In 2018, Paul took the reins as Co-Studio Head and currently presides over the creative direction of Crash Bandicoot 4.
When he’s not making games, Paul enjoys tinkering with maker projects and playing games with his two boys.
