Chrissy helped organize the animation studio she worked at, Titmouse in New York City. This effort was the first animation studio outside of Los Angeles County to organize with The Animation Guild, and the first to include production workers as a part of the unit. Now Chrissy works full-time as an organizer with the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, specifically focusing or organizing workers in video games.
