Current authoring pipelines are heavily wysiwyg, with large editing environments and binary file formats.
This work flow has served as well, but has created an impediment for AI LLM models. AI works with a series of tokens, having great difficulty dealing with binary formats. Imagine being able to type in a prompt "Change all bipedal units to have 10% more hit points." or "Change the spacing of all streetlights on the roads to be 30% closer.", or "Add some destroyed cars randomly along the highway." All of these are not fiction, they are reality with our tool chain.

Takeaway
Audience will take away how to build their own system or integrate our own data system into their tool chain (which we hope to opensource by GDC).
Intended Audience
This should be appropriate for anyone at a medium level of technical expertise, while some of the data descriptions will c++ programmery, the overall theme should be followable by anyone.
