AI Companion System in Peacekeeper Elite (Presented by LIGHTSPEED STUDIOS)
This lecture will discuss how to create an AI companion in Peacekeeper Elite that combines high human-like realism, carefully designed emotional value, and rich functionality. This AI companion serves as a combat teammate that follows player commands precisely, a coop partner for open conversation and emotionally responsive interactions, and a close friend with memory and nurturing features. The core capabilities of the AI companion are divided into four main areas: command obedience, free chat, memory system, and nurturing system. Command obedience involves executing player instructions such as searching for supplies, scouting enemy positions, and assisting in combat, accompanied by corresponding behavioral and voice feedback. Free chat allows the AI companion to initiate conversations—for example, warning about nearby enemies or praising the player’s achievements to provide emotional value—or to respond safely and appropriately to player-initiated dialogue. The memory system enables the AI companion to remember the player’s significant actions and conversations, which in turn influences its subsequent autonomous behavior and chat responses. The nurturing system lets players experience growing intimacy with the AI companion and unlock personalized tags, thereby deepening the emotional bond between the player and the AI companion.
