Antisemitism has dramatically increased across the world. Many Jewish game developers have been unable to speak up. If they do, they are met with further antisemitic behavior. This is especially true online where misinformation is shared and corrections are met with resistance - all without consideration for the effect such behavior might have on Jews in the community. This is a community-driven conversation where we’ll share our experiences with antisemitism from our industry and come up with solutions to combat it.

Takeaway

Jewish attendees will come away with their feelings heard about how antisemitism has affected them. Allies may come away with more sympathy for their Jewish colleagues. Everyone will learn more about what they can do to combat antisemitism.

Intended Audience

This roundtable is open to Jewish game developers and those who want to learn more about antisemitism and hear about the experience of the Jewish community.
