In this talk, we'll present a pipeline for fully automated wrapping and cleanup of dozens of FACS scans using Faceform WrapAI. Building a likeness rig from real FACS scans often involves a lot of manual work. We'll demonstrate how this can be solved in just a few clicks, with a level of quality suitable for silver-level likeness characters.

Takeaway

Starting with a set of scanned expressions, we'll show how a chain of WrapAI projects can automatically:
- wrap all expressions to a common template,
- stabilize the head,
- fix eyelid closures and lip intersections,
- decompose scanned expressions into clean, isolated, rig-ready blendshapes.
You'll see the key processing stages and the reasoning behind each step.
