In a time of political uncertainty, industry layoffs, and risk-averse decision-making, open conversations about diversity and inclusion are more urgent than ever. This multi-day roundtable invites participants to explore bold topics like surviving and resisting political tension, self-advocacy, and allyship. Through deep, focused dialogue led by a variety of voices, we will examine how to support marginalized communities and drive change wherever you are in the industry.
