A focused presentation on how the Insomniac team managed to record over 65 voices internationally, primarily in Japan and Malaysia, for Marvel's Wolverine (non-localized, primary SKU). Why the team wanted to do it, how they got started, and the workflows they eventually honed and managed.
The work required extra planning, organization, meetings across time zones, travel, and new responsibilities and solutions. In the end, this collaboration between different departments, partners, and vendors led to an incredibly authentic multi-language dialogue experience that brought the game's world to life in an exciting way!

Attendees will come away with clear insights into the challenges of recording voice actors internationally and why it can be worth the extra effort. By learning how the Insomniac team was successful, hopefully they can build their own pipelines and strategies for their future projects.
