John Blau (he/him) is a Game Designer at Schell Games where he is responsible for implementing features in-engine, interfacing with clients, and communicating with directors from other disciplines. He has experience as a Line Designer and a Design Director for multiple projects, including three years of specializing in designing for virtual reality and years of experience in rapid prototyping. Prior to joining Schell Games, John worked as a VR developer at Hasbro. While in school, he worked extensively with MAGIC Spell Studios, a community incubator focused on publication and commercialization. John has a BS in Game Design and Development with a minor in English from Rochester Institute of Technology.
