Jon Gibson is the Head of Studios at Electric Square, A Keywords Studio. Electric Sqaure is global game development studio known for its work on major AAA console titles in partnership with industry leaders. With nearly 30 years in the games industry, Jon has played a key role in building Electric Square’s reputation for creative excellence, earning multiple Best Places to Work awards and recognition for social mobility, educational outreach, and DEI. Beyond AAA co-development, Jon also leads Lively, Electric Square’s mobile-focused brand, which has grown significantly over the past five years. Lively’s portfolio spans mobile, VR, mixed-reality, and console projects, with new titles launching in 2025 and 2026. Passionate about innovation and emerging technologies, Jon continues to shape the future of the studios, ensuring they stay at the forefront of the evolving games industry
