As VP of Engineering at Discord Tom leads Discord's Developer Ecosystem teams building the Discord Social SDK, Apps Platform, Commerce, Game Community and Player experiences. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon's Computer Science program, Tom previously served as CTO at Tinder. He brings over 15 years of technical leadership in product engineering, growth, experimentations platforms, ML, and large scale systems.
