Over 26 years professional experience in game development with 20 years as a dedicated visual effects artist. Have been published on game effects as a co-author for the book Introduction to Game Development and The Visual Effects Society Handbook of Visual Effects. Have experience leading teams of overseas outsourced artists. I have shipped 28 games ranging from casual web advergames to some of the biggest blockbuster titles in the industry. Winner of two Visual Effects Society Awards for Outstanding Real Time Visuals in a Video Game. I've lead teams of effects artist including 35 credited artists across 5 studios on COD: Infinite Warfare. I've done talks on Real Time Visual Effects at conferences around the world including Siigraph. Am the creator/founder of the Real-Time Visual Effects Facebook group, discord and co-founder of realtimevfx.com.
