Paul Kilduff-Taylor, CEO, Mode 7
Paul is the co-founder and CEO of Mode 7, a UK-based indie developer and publisher. He worked on Mode 7's original games (including 2011's Frozen Synapse) and led their publishing efforts on titles such as Tokyo 42, The Colonists and the award-winning Fights in Tight Spaces. In 2024, his spin-off publishing business Distant Signal was acquired by Reforged Studios Group where Paul now advises on commercial operations and M&A. Outside of games, Paul was an early-stage investor in the job comparison startup Breakroom which was successfully acquired by ZipRecruiter in 2024.
