Valeriia Kramp is Senior Influencer Manager at Owlcat Games, where she leads creator partnerships and influencer management across the studio's publishing and development portfolio. Over the past 13 years, she has worked across community management, creator relations, influencer management, and marketing at Owlcat Games, HoYoverse, Bethesda Softworks, Wargaming, Nexters, and Xsolla. This experience gives her a unique perspective on how community management and creator partnerships can strengthen one another as parts of a long-term strategy. In addition to her industry work, Valeriia created and teaches the public course Community Management: Strategies for Game Development, sharing practical workflows and real production experience with aspiring community professionals.
