Yea Ji is Global Director for Delivery & Client Engagement at Streamline Studios, where she transforms ambiguity into structured, scalable systems that align people, process, and technology; leveraging Streamline's 25-year infrastructure to strengthen the Global South's role in AAA game development.Over her 11 years at Streamline, she has grown through multiple leadership roles: from launching new service brands and leading global product initiatives to driving strategic projects as part of the CEO's Office. She now leads global delivery strategy and long-term client partnerships across four regions. Her work includes orchestrating global titles such as Street Fighter V, Little Nightmares II and Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls. Born in Korea and raised in Malaysia, she brings a cross-cultural lens to global collaboration. She serves on the Advisory Board of Women in Games International (WIGI) and champions authentic leadership and economic growth in the Global South through the power of game technology.
