Yan Perng, Interactive Entertainment and Technology Lawyer, Independent

Yan Perng is legal counsel at Netflix where she supports the legal and business affairs of Netflix Games. Prior to joining Netflix, she was senior counsel at Tencent America and associate general counsel at NCSOFT West. Yan received her JD from the University of Washington, her BS from National Taiwan University, and is now based in Los Angeles.
