Speakers

Tereza Roller-Sabella is Head of Studio and Partner at Plan A Collective, with over a decade inside the room on both sides of the deal, as vendor, client, and studio lead across co-development and creative production. Her background is in concept and narrative, with active research in transmedia storytelling. The framework in this talk is built from pattern recognition across years of contracts, teams, and hard conversations, not from theory. She is based in Prague.
