Weszt is the Head of Player Dynamics at Riot Games, where he is responsible for helping Riot “git gud” at social design, development, policies, and programs. He is a 13 year veteran of the gaming industry and a board member of the Thriving in Games Group. Weszt’s career mission is to “make social simple” for gaming and tech companies.
