Deborah leads Give Back and DEI initiatives at Supercell, focusing on philanthropy, inclusion, education innovation and sustainability. She also hosts a monthly podcast called Games for Good where she and her guests explore the bridge between gaming and social impact. She thrives on collaborating to create healthier cultures, products and communities and has worked with some of the most influential names in games and entertainment. She is a Special Effect Ambassador, TEDx speaker, BTA Gaming Award 2024 Finalist, Develop: Diversity Star Nominee 2022, named one of the Top 100 Women in Games, and has been a speaker at conferences around the world.
