Natasha Miller, Senior Research Scientist II, Blizzard Entertainment
Natasha is a senior research scientist II at Blizzard Entertainment, working on the Player Interactions and Trust team. A 7-year veteran of the studio, she leads the ‘Behavior by Design’ initiative, using behavioral science to support all the game teams at Blizzard in promoting more respectful, resilient, and inclusive player communities. Natasha previously worked at Square Enix as a games’ user researcher. She is also on the Thriving in Games Group Executive Board and has been a part of that organization since 2017.
