Lukas is a games product professional who has led various cross-functional teams, collecting experience across all stages of live service game development: from initial pitch to launch to live operations of mature games. Leveraging his background at the intersection of technology, gaming, and business, Lukas is passionate about finding the factors that drive commercial success in the gaming space. His most recent work is focused on product strategy, market insights, monetization strategies, and data-driven optimization. Currently, Lukas is leading the team behind Heroes of History at InnoGames in Hamburg, Germany. Lukas holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Imperial Business School and a Bachelor of Science in IT and Software Systems.
