Lisa Pak is Head of Operations at Playing for the Planet, a UNEP-facilitated initiative uniting the video games industry to activate players globally to protect and restore our planet and accelerate decarbonization across the industry. With over 3.6 billion players around the world, Lisa sees video games not just as entertainment, but as one of the most powerful platforms for engaging people in the fight for our planet. Her mission is to accelerate environmental action by meeting people where they are, at work, at school, and in play. Prior to her role at Playing for the Planet, Lisa spent over a decade in the gaming and advertising industry, building expertise in project management, strategic partnerships, and monetization. Today, she draws on that experience to include sustainability into the business of play supporting an entire industry to level up for the planet.
